บริการ Narak (“บริการ”, “แอป”) ดำเนินการโดย บริษัท เทคโทนี่ จำกัด เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี 0125562001305 ที่อยู่จดทะเบียน 119/984 หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลไทรม้า อำเภอเมืองนนทบุรี จังหวัดนนทบุรี 11000 ติดต่อฝ่ายสนับสนุน: support@narak.in.th

The Narak service (“Service”, “App”) is operated by TecTony Co., Ltd., Tax ID 0125562001305, registered at 119/984 Moo 1, Saima Sub-district, Mueang-nonthaburi District, Nonthaburi, Thailand 11000. Support: support@narak.in.th.

บริการสำหรับผู้ที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป เท่านั้น คุณสามารถสมัครผ่าน LINE LIFF (แนะนำ) หรืออีเมลพร้อมลิงก์ยืนยันตัวตน การยืนยันตัวตนสองชั้น (TOTP) ให้คุณเปิดได้เองในหน้าโปรไฟล์

The Service is for users 18+ only. You may sign in via LINE LIFF (recommended) or by email magic link. Two-factor authentication (TOTP) is available in your profile.

คุณต้องรับผิดชอบกิจกรรมทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นภายใต้บัญชีของคุณ โปรดแจ้งเราทันทีหากสงสัยว่าบัญชีถูกแฮก

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect compromise.

เมื่อใช้ Narak คุณตกลงที่จะไม่:

When using Narak, you agree not to:

• ใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ผิดกฎหมายของไทยหรือของประเทศที่คุณใช้งานอยู่
• พยายามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้ใช้อื่นหรือระบบหลังบ้านโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
• ใช้ระบบอัตโนมัติ (bot, scraper) เพื่อดึงข้อมูลปริมาณมาก
• ทำวิศวกรรมย้อนกลับ ถอดรหัส หรือสร้างงานต่อยอดจากโค้ด/โมเดล AI ของเรา
• ใช้ AI สร้างเนื้อหาเพื่อก่อกวน ข่มขู่ หรือหลอกลวงผู้อื่น
• สวมรอยเป็นผู้อื่นหรือให้ข้อมูลเท็จเพื่อได้สิทธิ์ Premium
• อัปโหลดรูป/ชื่อของบุคคลที่สามโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต (รวมถึงดารา/บุคคลสาธารณะ)
• ใช้บริการซ้ำซ้อนเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงโควต้าผู้ใช้ฟรี

• Use the Service for purposes unlawful in Thailand or in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to access other users' data or backend systems without authorisation
• Use automation (bots, scrapers) to pull data at scale
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or build derivative works from our code or AI models
• Use the AI to generate content that harasses, threatens, or deceives others
• Impersonate someone else or provide false information to obtain Premium
• Upload images or names of third parties without their consent (including celebrities or public figures)
• Operate multiple accounts to evade free-tier quotas

เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ฝ่าฝืนเงื่อนไข

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

แบบจำลอง AI อาจให้คำตอบที่ไม่ถูกต้อง ไม่ครบถ้วน หรือขัดแย้งกันเอง คุณควรใช้วิจารณญาณและตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงก่อนนำไปใช้

AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or contradictory answers. Please apply your own judgement and verify facts before acting on them.

ซอฟต์แวร์ เนื้อหาโหราศาสตร์ ข้อความอธิบาย แบบจำลองพร้อมต์ และโลโก้ของ Narak เป็นทรัพย์สินของ บริษัท เทคโทนี่ จำกัด และ/หรือผู้อนุญาต คุณได้รับสิทธิ์การใช้งานแบบไม่จำเป็นต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่าย ไม่สามารถโอนได้ และเพิกถอนได้ ในการใช้บริการเพื่อจุดประสงค์ส่วนตัวเท่านั้น

All Narak software, astrology content, reading copy, prompt scaffolds, and branding are the property of TecTony Co., Ltd. and/or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

ภาพวอลเปเปอร์และเนื้อหาที่ AI สร้างให้คุณ ยังเป็นของคุณ คุณสามารถแชร์หรือพิมพ์ได้เพื่อใช้ส่วนตัว เราขอสิทธิ์จำกัดในการประมวลผล จัดเก็บ และแสดงผลเนื้อหาของคุณในบริการเท่านั้น เพื่อให้ฟีเจอร์ทำงานได้

Wallpapers and content the AI generates for you remain yours. You may share or print them for personal use. We only keep a limited licence to process, store, and display your content inside the Service so features work.

Premium มี 3 ระดับ: Daily / Weekly / Monthly ราคาและสิ่งที่รวมอยู่แสดงในหน้า /premium ขณะที่คุณซื้อ การซื้อผูกกับบัญชีของคุณและไม่สามารถโอนให้ผู้อื่นได้

Premium comes in three tiers: Daily / Weekly / Monthly. Current pricing and included features are shown on /premium at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.

ก. การต่ออายุอัตโนมัติA. Automatic renewal

การสมัครสมาชิกจะต่ออายุโดยอัตโนมัติตามระยะเวลาที่คุณเลือก (รายวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน) จนกว่าคุณจะยกเลิก คุณสามารถยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อในหน้าโปรไฟล์ → การสมัครสมาชิก หรือทางอีเมลที่ support@narak.in.th

Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval (daily/weekly/monthly) until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Profile → Subscription or by emailing support@narak.in.th.

ข. การคืนเงินB. Refunds

ดู นโยบายการคืนเงิน สำหรับรายละเอียด สรุปคือ: ยกเลิกภายใน 7 วันของงวดใหม่และยังไม่ใช้โควต้า = ได้เงินคืนเต็มจำนวน

See the Refund Policy for details. In short: cancel within 7 days of a new billing period with no quota used = full refund.

การชำระเงินประมวลผลโดย Stripe และ/หรือ LINE Pay ข้อมูลบัตรของคุณจัดเก็บโดยผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้ตามมาตรฐาน PCI-DSS เราเก็บเฉพาะ token / รหัสอ้างอิงของการชำระเงินและข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อใบกำกับภาษี (5 ปีตามกฎหมายไทย)

Payment is processed by Stripe and/or LINE Pay. Card details are stored by those providers under PCI-DSS; we only keep a payment token and the fields required for tax invoicing (retained for 5 years under Thai tax law).

ใบกำกับภาษีจะส่งไปยังอีเมลของคุณภายใน 7 วันทำการหลังการซื้อ หากต้องการใบกำกับภาษีในนามบริษัท/บุคคลอื่น กรุณาติดต่อ support@narak.in.th ก่อนการสมัคร

Tax invoices are emailed within 7 business days after purchase. For invoices issued to a different name or company, please contact support@narak.in.th before subscribing.

บัญชีฟรีใช้ดวงรายวัน แชท AI (โควต้าจำกัดต่อวัน) และวอลเปเปอร์ AI (โควต้าจำกัดต่อวัน) ได้ โควต้าจะรีเซ็ตเวลา 00:00 ของโซนเวลา Asia/Bangkok เราอาจปรับโควต้าเพื่อดูแลต้นทุนและประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้รวม หากเปลี่ยนแปลงสาระสำคัญเราจะแจ้งล่วงหน้า

Free accounts include the daily fortune, AI chat (daily-capped quota), and AI wallpapers (daily-capped quota). Quotas reset at 00:00 Asia/Bangkok. We may adjust quotas to manage cost and user experience; material changes will be announced in advance.

คุณสามารถลบบัญชีได้ทุกเมื่อในหน้าโปรไฟล์ เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่:

You can delete your account any time from the Profile page. We may suspend accounts that:

• ฝ่าฝืนข้อ 3 (การใช้งานที่ยอมรับได้)
• ถูกแจ้งว่าเป็นการใช้งานเพื่อการหลอกลวงหรือทุจริตการชำระเงิน
• ไม่ชำระค่าสมาชิกตามกำหนด
• ถูกทางการหรือศาลสั่งให้ระงับ

• Breach §3 (Acceptable use)
• Are reported for fraud or payment abuse
• Fail to pay for a subscription period
• Are subject to a lawful order from a competent authority

การยุติไม่ลบข้อมูลที่กฎหมายกำหนดให้เก็บ (เช่น ใบกำกับภาษี) และไม่ยกเว้นหนี้ที่ยังไม่ชำระ

Termination doesn't erase legally-required records (e.g. tax invoices) and doesn't waive outstanding balances.

บริการจัดให้ตามสภาพ (“as is”) เราไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลาโดยไม่มีข้อผิดพลาด หรือผลลัพธ์จาก AI จะตรงตามความต้องการของคุณ เราจะใช้ความพยายามอย่างสมเหตุสมผลในการรักษาคุณภาพบริการ

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or that AI output will meet your needs. We do undertake to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain quality.

ในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายไทยอนุญาต ความรับผิดทั้งหมดของเราต่อคุณไม่ว่าจากเหตุใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับบริการนี้ จะไม่เกินจำนวนที่คุณชำระให้เราภายใน 12 เดือนก่อนเกิดเหตุ หรือ 1,000 บาท แล้วแต่จำนวนใดจะมากกว่า เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายโดยอ้อม ต่อเนื่อง หรือความเสียหายทางธุรกิจ

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) THB 1,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages.

เงื่อนไขฉบับนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ให้ตัดสินในศาลจังหวัดนนทบุรี ประเทศไทย

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Nonthaburi Province, Thailand.

กรุณาติดต่อ support@narak.in.th ก่อนยื่นข้อพิพาทอย่างเป็นทางการ เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้เราแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างไม่เป็นทางการภายใน 30 วัน

Before filing a formal dispute, please contact support@narak.in.th so we can attempt informal resolution within 30 days.

เราอาจปรับเงื่อนไขนี้เมื่อบริการเปลี่ยนแปลง การเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญจะแจ้งในแอปและทางอีเมลอย่างน้อย 14 วันก่อนมีผลบังคับใช้ การใช้บริการต่อหลังวันที่มีผลถือเป็นการยอมรับ เวอร์ชันล่าสุด: 1.0.0 (2026-04-19)

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Current version: 1.0.0 (2026-04-19).
