1. สิทธิทั้ง 8 ประการของเจ้าของข้อมูลYour 8 data-subject rights

ภายใต้ PDPA คุณมีสิทธิต่อไปนี้ เราจะตอบกลับทุกคำขอภายใน 7 วันทำการ และดำเนินการตามคำขอภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับ

Under the PDPA you hold these rights. We acknowledge requests within 7 business days and action them within 30 days of receipt.

    สิทธิเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาRight to access and obtain a copy

    ขอดูและขอสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณRequest to see and receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

    สิทธิแก้ไขRight to rectification

    แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือไม่สมบูรณ์ได้ตลอดเวลาCorrect inaccurate or incomplete data at any time.

    สิทธิในการลบRight to erasure

    ขอให้ลบข้อมูลเมื่อไม่จำเป็นต้องเก็บไว้อีกต่อไป หรือเมื่อคุณถอนความยินยอมAsk us to delete data when it's no longer needed or you've withdrawn consent.

    สิทธิระงับการใช้Right to restrict processing

    ขอให้หยุดใช้ข้อมูลชั่วคราวระหว่างรอการตรวจสอบAsk us to pause processing while we verify a dispute.

    สิทธิในการโอนย้ายข้อมูลRight to data portability

    ขอข้อมูลในรูปแบบที่อ่านได้ด้วยเครื่อง (JSON) เพื่อนำไปใช้ต่อReceive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON) for reuse elsewhere.

    สิทธิคัดค้านRight to object

    คัดค้านการใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อการตลาดหรือการประมวลผลตามผลประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายObject to marketing or legitimate-interest processing.

    สิทธิถอนความยินยอมRight to withdraw consent

    ถอนความยินยอมการใช้ข้อมูลละเอียดอ่อน (เช่น บัตรประชาชน) ได้ทุกเมื่อWithdraw consent for sensitive data (e.g. national ID) at any time.

    สิทธิร้องเรียนRight to lodge a complaint

    ยื่นเรื่องต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPC)File a complaint with the Thai Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

2. วิธีส่งคำขอใช้สิทธิHow to submit a request

ส่งอีเมลหา dpo@narak.in.th จากที่อยู่อีเมลของบัญชีคุณ (หรือแจ้ง LINE User ID หากเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย LINE) พร้อมระบุ:

Email dpo@narak.in.th from your account email (or state your LINE User ID if you signed in via LINE). Include:

1. สิทธิที่คุณต้องการใช้ (เข้าถึง / แก้ไข / ลบ / ฯลฯ)

2. อีเมลหรือ LINE User ID ที่ใช้สมัคร

3. รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติม (ถ้ามี)

1. The right you want to exercise (access / rectify / erase / etc.)

2. The email or LINE User ID on your account

3. Any additional detail that helps us act faster

If you’re unsatisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) directly at pdpc.or.th.
